That&#8217;s why we want to shed light on an important topic: Cross-Recruiting.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-was-ist-cross-recruiting\">What is Cross-Recruiting?<\/h2>\n\n<p>In essence, Cross-Recruiting means that a member from one team approaches someone from another team with an offer from a different company or even from another team within the same company. This undermines trust within Healy World, which goes against our established code of conduct.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ein-beispiel-fur-cross-recruiting\">An example of Cross-Recruiting:<\/h2>\n\n<p>A Healy member introduces other members to a new direct sales company or promotes a product that doesn&#8217;t belong to Healy in a Healy Facebook group.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-beste-vorgehensweise\">Best practices<\/h2>\n\n<p>Before introducing others to Healy World products, you should ask the following questions:<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Do you know about Healy World products?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Has anyone else already introduced you to Healy World products?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>If the person already has a connection to Healy World, respect their existing relationship.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-goldene-regeln-die-du-beachten-solltest\">Golden rules to keep in mind<\/h2>\n\n<p>&#8211; DO: Respect existing connections and build on trust.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; DON&#8217;T: Poach members, disrupt cohesion, or undermine trust.<\/p>\n\n<p>Our code of conduct is in place to protect and guide.
