Challenge networking.
The world of networking can be a challenge, especially when it comes to understanding the fine line of ethical networking. That’s why we want to shed light on an important topic: Cross-Recruiting.
What is Cross-Recruiting?
In essence, Cross-Recruiting means that a member from one team approaches someone from another team with an offer from a different company or even from another team within the same company. This undermines trust within Healy World, which goes against our established code of conduct.
An example of Cross-Recruiting:
A Healy member introduces other members to a new direct sales company or promotes a product that doesn’t belong to Healy in a Healy Facebook group.
Best practices
Before introducing others to Healy World products, you should ask the following questions:
“Do you know about Healy World products?”
“Has anyone else already introduced you to Healy World products?”
If the person already has a connection to Healy World, respect their existing relationship.
Golden rules to keep in mind
– DO: Respect existing connections and build on trust.
– DON’T: Poach members, disrupt cohesion, or undermine trust.
Our code of conduct is in place to protect and guide. If you need clarity on the rules or want to report issues, please contact compliance@healy.world. We appreciate your commitment to the Healy World community!
